With over 30 years of experience, Dale brings together flavors of his native Hawaii and a flair for artistry. He studied at the California Culinary Institute and has worked as a chef in restaurants and hotels in San Francisco, Honolulu, and Los Angeles.
Many of the herbs used today in his dishes are grown in his personal herb garden.
